No - all international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

what is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for both change of mind and faulty items.
However, because these are intimate products, once the red hygiene seal is broken or removed the item is yours to keep for change of mind returns.
We will not accept returns where the hygiene seal has been broken.
can I return an item for change of mind?
Yes, but only within 30 days of delivery and only if the red hygiene seal remains completely intact and unbroken.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To request a return, log into your customer account, go to your order and click Request return.
Select “Changed my mind” and add a note stating the hygiene seal is still intact.
what if my ring is damaged or faulty?
You have 30 days from delivery to report a faulty or damaged item.
For orders shipped to the UK, EU or USA, we will usually offer a free replacement - in some cases we may offer a refund or store credit.
We cover reasonable return shipping costs on faulty items for these regions.
what is your policy for orders outside the UK, EU and USA?
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, European Union and United States are final sale.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or personal preference. All sales are final once delivered.
